Paul Dhillon is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland where he attended medical school after completing a B.A. in Political Science, University of British Columbia. He completed his Intern year at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda and Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.

Since that time he has obtained a Certificate in Surgical Science from the University of Edinburgh and Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh alongside a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK).

Currently he is pursuing the European Masters in Disaster Medicine at the University of Novarra, Italy and Vrije Universiteit, Brussels, Belgium, while continuing to travel, write, read and work as a Senior House Officer in Emergency Medicine in the Mid-Western Regional Hospital in Limerick, Ireland.

Citizen of Canada, but resident of Ireland, he has travelled extensively to more than ninety nations. He has published in many medical journals and has written for a variety of newspapers in Canada and Ireland.

This is his first work of fiction.
